Tanamera Construction, LLC was given the prestigious award ” Developer of the Decade,” by the Summit Awards Committee. The 10th Annual Summit Awards were held April 11, 2015 at the Automobile Museum in downtown Reno.
The Summit Awards is the annual celebration to recognize the best developments and brokers in the Commercial Real Estate. In addition to recognizing the top developments and brokers, they also recognized the top developers and brokers from the last decade.
“The Summit committee felt it was important for us to not only celebrate the last year’s accomplishments, but also recognize those that were consistently successful for the last 10 years,” said Kevin Annis. ” The criteria to be considered was you had to have won multiple Summit Awards, create an standard of excellence in the Reno/Sparks area and still be in business.
