Tanamera Construction, LLC who was awarded as the general contractor on the Village at Arrowcreek luxury apartments continues construction. There will be 6 different floor plans throughout 208 units that will range from 1 to 3 bedrooms and 800 to 1,400 square feet. Throughout the apartments will be granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, washer and dryer in each unit as well as a single car garage. The gated community also has a clubhouse with a fitness center, pool and executive conference room. The first building and clubhouse was turned over to Arrow Creek Village Apartments, LLC on March 31,2014. Construction on the other 12 buildings continues and construction is anticipated to be complete by December 2014.
